How to book a BritRail Pass

A BritRail Pass allows travel across the entire National Rail network of Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland). It allows to hop on and off National Rail trains all day long.

Select the " Passes" tab on the search page.

Click on the "select a destination" tab and add your destination.

Select the date of travel and add the number of passengers and then click on the search button.

On the next page you have now BritRail Passes available to book.

• Select your pass; use the drop-down menu to select the number of days and class of travel. 
• You can also find the sales conditions and after-sales policy under "see full product details."
• Click on "add to cart."

On the next page you will find the trip summary where you can review your cart items and then click on continue to traveler details tab. 

On the next page, fill in the traveler’s details and click on the confirm tab. 

Click on "Continue to hold & payment."

Here you can hold your pass or make a payment for your pass.

• If you click on hold: You will see the reservation and price holding period.

• If you click on pay: You will see the billing information to fill out and then click on the continue to pay tab.

Once you click on "continue to pay," it will take you to the payment page, where you can make a payment for your pass.

Booking complete!

You’ll see a screen confirming that your booking was successful. Enter the email ID where you want to receive your confirmation email and ticket details, then click the "Send Email" button.

A few minutes later, you'll receive a confirmation email that contains your ticket details.
