Leo Express started at the end of 2012, and travels to more than 100 cities in 6 countries, Their network is constantly being expanded to new destination.
Their aim is an high-quality, responsible public transport as the basis for a company of the 21st century.

A separate quiet section with only six seats to ensure the maximum privacy. The Premium Class is available only on trains.

Ideal class for travelers looking for the best value for money. The Economy Plus Class is available only on trains.

Economy
Travelling for a reasonable price. The Economy Class is available find on trains and buses.

- Kids' zone for the youngest travellers, located in Economy Class in carriage A

III. Individual Fare Types

Some fares allow a discount in Economy when traveling within the Czech republic
Children: free in all classes
Youth / Student: 50% discount
Senior: 50% discount
Eurail/Interrail: included (pass must match the class of service & a reservation is compulsory)

IV. Booking Horizon
These trains can be booked up to 320 days in advance - depending on the Winter schedules loading. TBC
V. Ticketing Time Limits
TTL (Ticketing Time Limit) lasts twenty-five minutes from booking date/time TBC
VI. Exchange / Refunds
Non-exchangeable, tickets cannot be changed or modified once bought.
Refundable before the train ticket departure, except the Promo fare tickets. TBC
When facing a delay, compensation is done through some Leo credit on the Smile Club Loyalty program.
Please note: Leo credits are Leo "internal currency", with which customer can buy tickets and catering even faster than when paying by card or via payment gateway.
A simple rate applies: 1 leo credit is 1 CZK, 1 € = 24 leo credits and 1 zl = 5 leo credits
VII. Check-in procedure
No specific condition applies, however it is recommended to arrive at least 30 minutes before departure.
