Lucerne Travel Pass

Previously know as the Tell Pass, the Lucerne Travel Pass grants unlimited travel for 3 to 10 days on trains, buses, boats, and several cableways in Central Switzerland.

Network legend: black line - all year long / Yellow line: summer season (Apr 1 - Oct 30) / Blue line: winter season (Nov 1 - Mar 31)

Grunbünden Pass

The Swiss canton of Graubünden and all its wonders just in one pass.

  • the entire Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn network,
  • BLS trains between Kandersteg and Domodossola,
  • the SBB line between Salgesch, Brig and Domodossola.
  • the PostBus lines in Upper Valais,
  • the transport services for Leuk–Leukerbad and the surrounding area,
  • the RegionAlps buses between Visp and Leuk.

🫵 50% discount on numerous mountain railways and leisure facilities in a region

  • The discount applies only to single journeys and admission tickets.
  • No additional discounts on mountain railways for holders of a Half Fare Card/children.

I. Child rules

  • Discounted fare for children 6 – 15 (inclusive)
  • Maximum of two children with one accompanyng adult. Maximum of two adults and three children.
  • Children under 6 travel for free when sharing an adult passenger’s accommodation

IV. Conditions of use

  • Pass is personal and non-transferable.
  • Issued as e-ticket, first date of travel must be given at time of purchase
  • The ticket has to be presented to the control staff together with an official identity document and / or with any discount card
  • For discounted fare, please note both the Swiss Travel Pass or Swiss Half Fare Card and the Regional Pass need to be presented during the ticket control on board the train.
  • Pass can be purchased up to one year prior to first day of validity (can be limited by the winter schedule change mid-December)
  • Travel available all year long. However, it is important to check the seasonal operating and opening times before travelling.

Lake Geneva-Alps Pass: Days of unlimited travel must be activated on activateyourpass.com. No login is required. All the information required (reference number, first and last name and date of birth) can be found on the purchase receipt.

Matterhorn-Gotthard Pass: Days of travel must be activated on activateyourpass.com (details for activating your pass may be found here)



V. Aftersales

Refundable, subject to a fee, up to one day before the first day of validity of the pass. No refund thereafter.

Please note:

Matterhorn-Gotthard Pass: No refunds or replacements will be granted

Lake Geneva-alps Pass: At the beginning and towards the end of the season, some operators are closed. No partial refunds will be given.
