I. Routes and Travel times
The start of the OUIGO service between Madrid and Barcelona opened up a new era for the railway in Spain. This milestone was a turning point, offering more competitive prices. Routes to Zaragoza, Tarragona , Alicante, Albacete, Cordoba, Sevilla, Malaga, Valladolid, Segovia, Cuenca, Murcia, Elche are already operated and more routes will be added to deserve the most important high-speed lines.
OUIGO trains have double-decker coaches that give more capacity than conventional ones.

A Ouibar is available on board, it is located at the sky deck level.

- Pets on board option: Small domestic animals will be admitted for travel for €10 before boarding, always under the owner’s custody, provided that other passengers do not object and no inconvenience is caused to them. The passenger carrying the animal will be responsible for any damages it may cause. The pet must be less than 10 kgs and in a carrying basket (55 x 35 x 25 cm).

VI. Exchange / Refunds
- Non-refundable.
- Special cancellation 30€ fees apply to non Flex fares.
- Ilimited exchange on the Flex fares before train departure. Please check the fares sheet for further details.

VII. Specific to this train
- Nominative ticket, cannot be transferred to another traveler. Available on your mobile application or to print at home.
- PDF ticket is retrieved on Rail Portal & sent by email, it is not printable at the station.
- Ticket control and passport checks will occur before boarding OUIGO trains.
- It is open 30 minutes before the train leaves and is closed 2 minutes before departure.
- Last minute luggage: cost at the station is €25 from June 1, 2024 (€20 until then)
*XL seats are assigned to Ouigo FULL fare holders until it lasts. Once fully occupied, Ouigo FULL holders receive standard sized seats.
