A single train consists of 8 double-decker carriages: 509 seats.

These trains can be booked up to 183 days in advance


V. Ticketing Time Limit

  • Booking can be kept on hold status up to 7 days from the booking date/time.
  • Offer search expiration: up to 1 hour

VI. Aftersales

  • Cancellation fees might apply
  • Exchange and refund policies vary depending on the type of fare purchased
  • Refunds can only be performed in the issuing country, up to 60 days after departure date as long as the seat has been released before the train departure
  • For any exchange or refund, seat must be released before train departure, it can be done directly in station

VII. Groups

A group is composed of a minimum of 10 travellers, including at least 1 adult person travelling together for the same purpose to the same destination.

The group members are represented by an accompanying person who is responsible for the behaviour of the group during the trip.

VIII. Specific to this train

  • Ticket control will take place prior to boarding the train when you pass through the gates and on board the train.
  • You can board the train up to 5 minutes before departure, saving you unnecessary wait.
  • The platform number is announced at the station 20 minutes before departure.
  • In Spain, allow enough time to proceed to the check-in & boarding; luggage will go through x-ray
