Please note:

From January 10, TGV INOUI Italy service will be running again offering the Italian portion in bus Although the TGV INOUI Italy service is mainly direct, part of the journey requires the use of a bus due to the closure of the railway line in the Maurienne valley.

The journey is made up of three segments, but a single ticket is required for the whole trip.

The three segments are:

  • PARIS <> SAINT-JEAN DE MAURIENNE: TGV INOUI Italy
  • SAINT-JEAN DE MAURIENNE <> OULX: BUS
  • OULX <> MILAN: TGV INOUI Italy

For example, the journey between Paris and Milan requires you to take a TGV on the French section, then a bus to get from Saint-Jean de Maurienne to Oulx and finally another TGV on the Italian section to complete the journey.

All details here

Reminder: Due to a landslide that occurred on Sunday August 27 on the railroad track in the commune of Saint-André in the Maurienne valley, rail traffic between Saint Michel de Maurienne and Modane is interrupted for an undetermined period.

All TGV INOUI Italy services are cancelled until further notice.

(further details can be found here under "Disruption")
