V. Ticketing Time Limits

  • Booking can be kept on hold status up to 7 days from the booking date/time.. 
  • Offer search expiration: up to 1 hour

VI. Exchange / Refund

Exchange and Refund Policies vary depending on the type of fare purchased. When exchange/refund is possible, penalty fees may apply for some fares. Exchanges and refunds, when possible, can only be performed by the issuing office, upon presentation of the original tickets up to 2 months after the TDD (Train Departure Date)

VII. Check-in procedures

  • In France stations you will pass through gates where you need to scan your ticket prior accessing to the train. Be aware that the gates close 2 minutes before train departure. It is recommended to come 30 minutes prior to train departure especially for groups. 
  • Ticket control and passport checks are done aboard the train

VIII. Specific to this train

Luggage tag

  • On all French Trains, it is mandatory to place a tag on each piece of luggage identifying the traveller
  • Animals in a travel case must pay €7, on a leash €20, fare available at the station
  • Dogs accompanying disabled people travel free of charge.

Validation of the ticket

  • Validation of the ticket before boarding is mandatory in France only 
  • Travellers must scan their e-tickets when passing the gates at the entrance of the platform, prior to entering the train.
