  • Paris metro tickets can also be purchased in the bar car
  • Facilities for disabled travellers. Dedicated car in 1st class (accessible with a 2nd class ticket) with a built-in wheelchair lift and wheelchair space. It must be requested at time of reservation. There are also disabled facilities in the stations.

V. Ticketing Time Limits

  • Booking can be kept on hold status up to 7 days from the booking date / train time.
  • Offer search expiration: up to 1 hour

VI. Exchange / Refunds

  • Cancellation fees might apply
  • Exchange and refund policies vary depending on the type of fare purchased
  • Refunds can only be performed in the issuing country, up to 60 days after departure date as long as the seat has been released before the train departure
  • For any exchange or refund, seat must be released before train departure, it can be done in Easy Rail Access or directly at the station (could be difficult due to a lack of railways tickets counters, opening hours, language barrier)

VII. Specific to this train

  • There is no check-in to board Lyria trains, except the departure from Paris Gare de Lyon
  • Ticket inspectors will check your ticket during the journey. You should be able to produce currently valid proof of eligibility for the fare you have chosen at any time.

Salon SNCF Grand Voyageur

  • Business Premier TGV Lyria passengers can access the Salon SNCF Grand Voyageur upon presentation of a Business Premier or a first-class Paris-Switzerland TGV Lyria ticket valid for that day (group tickets are not accepted).
  • The lounge is located between Hall 1 and Hall 2 (Galerie des Fresques)
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 06:30am - 09:00pm, Saturdays and Sundays 07 am - 8 pm, Sundays 2:00pm-7:30pm. The lounge remains open on French bank holidays except on 1 May..
  • Services included:
    • Free hot drink and a water fountain
    • Free WiFi
    • Daily newspapers and magazines
    • Facilities to charge mobile devices
    • Desk and photocopier
    • French and international news via the France 24 TV channel

Seasonal routes

  • The TGV Geneva - Marseille is available only in summer (C period), it will be up to Lausanne in 2025

  • A change of train with connection in Frasne is required
  • The ticket is valid on regional services between Frasne and Neuchatel v.v
