Swiss Pass: If the group possesses a Swiss Pass, they need to indicate in the special needs section that only a seat reservation is required.
If they do not have a Swiss Pass, two itineraries need to be created: one for SBB_ERA (seat reservation) and one for SBB_PTP (point-to-point ticket).
After Sales:
- Changes or cancellations must be made at least 6 days before the train departure date to avoid additional fees.
- If you do not contact us before this deadline, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that your trip will be rescheduled as requested.
- Please note that a fee of EUR 30 applies to all cancellations.

If cancelled up to 33 days before Train Departure Date => no penalties, bookings can be cancelled for free.
If cancelled or not confirmed in between 33 days and 8 days before Train Departure Date => you’ll be charged 5€ penalty per pax + any partial pax reduction is charged 5€/pax.
If cancelled or not confirmed in less than 8 days before Train Departure Date => you’ll be charged the all amount (=100% penalty)
